Our Ministries
Children's Ministries
Children's Ministry
Children are important to us here at Lindsay Lane. We believe in raising up children to know Christ and we do so by passing down our faith to the next generation. Our Children’s Ministry team is committed to partnering with parents to grow our families in Christ and create a legacy of faith for future generations.
We are here to help your child grow, know, accept and love God. Our age appropriate ministries exist to teach the truth about God’s word and share the gospel with our children based on their age and developmental needs. Our Children’s Ministry team is intentional and we are excited about partnering with our families to invest in the next generation for Christ!
Little Lane / MMO
Believing that all children are special in God’s eyes, with individual personalities, our goal is to help each child obtain his/her full potential. We believe in love, laughter, and learning at Little Lane by nurturing self-confidence through creative activities and exploration of the world around us. We believe this is accomplished by offering exciting challenges for the children, with the least amount of pressure.
LLCA
Lindsay Lane Christian Academy is our K-12 school. Follow the link below to find out more information about the school.
Upward
The Upward Sports ministry desires to promote the discovery of Jesus through sports. Upward provides an opportunity for the church to reach out to the community by sharing the gospel of Jesus in a sports setting. Upward also strives to provide the best sports experience for every child; we emphasize skills, development, and the joy of play. We fight back against the "win at all costs" mentality that often leaves children under-developed or turns them away from sports altogether. We currently offer Basketball and Cheerleading during the fall and winter seasons.
WAM (Worship, Activities and Missions)
Children are an important piece to the ongoing ministry and growth of our church; therefore, it is our goal to provide them with a time of learning Biblical truths, missional service, and the joy of worshiping God. WAM is Worship, Activities, and Missions for ages 2 year-6th grade. WAM meets Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm August-June in the Children’s Building.
Student Ministries
About
The Lane is the student ministry of Lindsay Lane.
Our student ministry is made up of students from Limestone and Madison counties. We represent over 8 different high schools and several other intermediate schools and home school associations.
Purpose
The Lane exists to see students’ lives changed as they encounter the incomparable Christ. In order to accomplish this task, the student ministry offers worship environments where students experience Christ in a personal way, small groups where students grow through the study of God’s word, and opportunities where students serve others and share their faith.

Young at Heart
Family Ministries
LLBC Family Ministries Vision Statement - Glorify God by making disciples in the family – nurturing and strengthening each family member into Christ-like maturity.
One of the blessings and realities of life in the USA is that the American family may take many different forms. According to recent research, over 50% of US families would be considered non-traditional (Single Parent, Step Family, etc.). This is a blessing because a member of a non-traditional family should not feel inferior or odd. It is a reality that must be accepted because so many people only think of traditional families (Father, Mother, Biological Children) when they hear the word - “family”.
At LLBC, we want to serve and minister to all types of families. You can see that we have a wide variety of family ministries, that continues to grow.
Please consider letting LLBC Family Ministries assist you in your journey of life together. Deuteronomy 6:6,7
Broken Circle

Grief Share

Home Education
This ministry is operated to meet members’ needs and to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ while so doing. We are not a home educating church, but we are a church who supports parental choice regarding the education of their children

Music & Worship Ministries
Throughout history, from the new mother singing a tender lullaby with her child to the soldier singing a rousing song with his troops, music has always been at the heart of every generation. Likewise, touching the lives of both young and old, music will always play an important role in man's worship of God. God created music, and He loves His creation.
Here at Lindsay Lane Baptist Church, the Music Ministry has a three-fold purpose:
- Ministry to God through worship,
- Ministry to each other through fellowship and encouragement, and
- Ministry to the world through evangelism.
It is our desire to offer every person a variety of musical opportunities that will give glory to our Lord, Jesus Christ; provide encouragement for both musical and spiritual growth; and clearly tell the powerful message that Jesus Christ loves everyone. All of this is accomplished in an environment of praise, joy, and thanksgiving.
Audio / Video / Media
At Lindsay Lane, we use high quality audio, video and lighting systems to enhance and give clarity to our worship services and special presentations. We use servant/volunteers, who work behind-the-scenes, to run these systems. The areas of service include audio, camera operation, video editing and graphics, lighting, media duplication/distribution, and stage set-up.
Choir & Orchestra
If you have a passion for worship and a desire to help lead the church in praise…then come join the Lindsay Lane Worship Choir! As a worshiper at Lindsay Lane, you have the opportunity to be part of one of the most dynamic ministries in the church. We are seeking people who have a passion for praise to come along beside us as we lead the church family in worship.
